Somerset

Somerset is a destination of dramatic coastline, seaside resorts, quintessential English countryside and historic places, with a history that includes the legends of Kings Arthur and Alfred. Described by the ancient Welsh Celts and the Saxons as the Land of the Summer People, Somerset’s coast takes in long sweeping sandy beaches and the dramatic Exmoor coastline while inland lies a landscape of rolling hills and ancient woodlands.
