Offering an ideal blend of traditional British seaside resort and modern luxury, the renovated hotel has 37 comfortable bedrooms, including an extra special Penthouse Suite, and the hotel’s jewels in the crown, their four superbly comfortable, modern and stylish Beach Hut suites.

Situated on a seven-mile long coastal path, complete wtih a stretch of attractive seafront Victorian promenade, the Beach Hut suites sit directly on the pretty pebbled Felpham Beach and are the perfect setting for your bucket-and-spade holiday.

The suites play on the old-fashioned style of a beach hut with a nautical themed and graphic 1950s-style artwork, but have all of the modern amenities you’ll need for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

Guests of the Beach Hut suites can also enjoy the facilities of the Beachcroft hotel itself, just a few seconds walk away, including the cosy and friendly Tamarisk Bar and Restaurant, serving British classics, the outdoor Bistro Garden and the indoor heated swimming pool. The pool is a particular highlight of the hotel – available to reserve for exclusive use during your stay. Its decor plays on the theme of the 1950s seaside, and it is an indulgent treat to take a dip there.

In the morning, if you’d rather eat your breakfast in the luxurious confines of your suite itself a breakfast hamper can be arranged to be brought to your room in the morning – why not enjoy it in bed, or even take it down to the beach itself and sit by the waves with a flask of coffee.

Bikes are also available to hire from the hotel during your stay – the perfect opportunity to explore the seven-mile long coastal path, or even a little further afield into the rolling countryside of the South Downs National Park itself.

There are miles of beautiful beaches nearby to explore, or take a trip to one of the many historical sites nearby, including the attractive cathedral city of Chichester with its roman ruins and Fishbourne Roman Palace, the Weald and Downland Living Museum, or the breathtaking Arundel Castle, where medieval knights once jousted.

The South Downs National Park

A trip to Sussex is also the ideal time to sample some of the world famous Sussex sparkling wine, made with the same recipe of Champagne and famously good. Nearby Tinwood Estate offers a guided tasting and tour of their beautiful vineyards, nestled within the rolling hills of the national park itself.

Or, perhaps you’d rather spend your time strolling aong the beachfront at Felpham, admiring the views from your terrace and relaxing with a glass of local wine, just listening to the waves – and who could blame you?
