If you’re one of the country’s many ‘staycationers’ who enjoy spending their holidays visiting and exploring the best that Britain has to offer – the Staycation Awards would like your help!
The Staycation Awards have launched to recognise Britain’s top-class staycation holidays and the country’s best loved holiday destinations. Britain Magazine Editor, Natasha Foges is one of judges, who will help decide the winners and we’re inviting you to nominate your favourite spot.
In return for your help, one lucky nominee will be entered into a competition to win fantastic family holiday courtesy of holidaycottages.co.uk in a property of your choice, up to the value of £1,000.
There are a variety of categories to recognise excellence across all areas of domestic tourism including accommodation providers, attractions, accessibility, tours, locations and major events, all of which contribute to growing this sector.
Whether it’s a city weekend getaway, a family-friendly week at the seaside or even an action-packed sports holiday in the countryside, we want to hear about the nations’ favourites.
Alongside the must-visit locations, we also want to uncover hidden accommodation gems, the top tourist attractions and tours, and the businesses that are taking a proactive approach to ensure accessibility for all and long-term sustainability.
No location is too obscure and no attraction is too small…. We want to hear about them all, and discover who has gone above and beyond to make your staycation a trip to remember!
Winners will be announced by The One Show presenter Matt Baker at the inaugural Staycation Awards, on Thursday 21st November at a gala event in London and your nominee could be a winner.
