Find out which Bed and Breakfasts came top at the AA’s annual Bed & Breakfast awards, from the funkiest place to stay, to the friendliest B & B in Britain.
Britain is home to some wonderful bed & breakfasts – places where you can be assured of a comfortable bed for the night and a hearty breakfast in the morning, but the type (and quality) of accommodation can vary widely, which is why the rating system of the AA is so crucial for travellers.
Now in its 21st year, the AA Bed & Breakfast Awards acknowledge the excellent services provided by the UK’s very best B&B establishments and at a prestigious event at St Ermin’s Hotel in London yesterday the winners across seven categories were announced, all chosen by the AA’s team of qualified inspectors. BRITAIN magazine was there to witness it and can honestly say, this group of hosts were among some of the warmest people we’ve ever met.
