Two new photographs of Princess Charlotte at six months, which were taken by her mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, have been released today to celebrate the royal baby’s half-year.
The two photos, which were taken in early November at the family home, Anmer Hall in Norfolk, show the princess having fun with a cuddly toy (above) and in a more pensive mood (below).
The duchess is a keen amateur photographer and also took the photo of her two children – George, aged two, and Charlotte – that was released a few weeks after her daughter was born on 2 May.
The last time Princess Charlotte was seen in public was in July during her christening at St Mary Magdalene church on the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
