FOLLOWING THE HUGE success and popularity of previous years, the UK’s leading photography competition – the Take-a-view Landscape Photographer of the Year Award – is calling for final entries for the 2010 awards. Anyone can enter the competition and there are both youth and adult categories. Photos should be a celebration of the British Landscape and reflect the beauty and diversity of our nations landscapes. Entrants have one week left to enter as the competition will close on Wednesday 15 July. So make sure you don’t miss your chance to take part. There is a total prize fund worth £20,000 up for grabs, including £10,000 for the overall winner. For the first time in 2010, the award will include a special category for urban landscape photography. The award is sponsored by Network Rail and Natural England who are both awarding a special prize. For more information on the awards and how to enter please visit www.take-a-view.co.uk.
